Registration Terms & Conditions:

1. Registration

• The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Accommodation

• Delegates registering under the Accommodation-Inclusive Registration category will be provided accommodation for three nights during the conference, from 7 January 2027 (Check-in: 12:00 PM) to 10 January 2027 (Check-out: 10:00 AM), on a twin-sharing basis.
• Any stay beyond the specified dates and times will be considered a personal extension. The cost of such extended stay shall be borne directly by the delegate and paid to the respective hotel/guest house.
• Confirmation of accommodation for any extended stay will be subject to room availability at the same hotel/guest house.

3. Foreign / NRI Delegates

• All foreign nationals will be registered under the Foreign Delegate category.
• Indian citizens residing, working, studying, or holding a fellowship outside India will be registered under the NRI Delegate category.

4. Accompanying Persons

• Only spouses, children, and parents are eligible to register as accompanying persons.
• Children aged 7 years and above must be registered as accompanying persons.
• Children below 7 years of age are exempt from registration.

5. Group Discount

• A discount of 10% on the registration fee will be applicable for groups of 5 or more delegates registering together from the same institute or city.
• The group discount is applicable only to delegate/ student registrations and does not apply to Accompanying Person registrations.
• How to obtain Group Registration Discount Coupon:- To avail discount on group registration all participants of the group has to register online individually. After registration send the list of all the group members to iscbconference@gmail.com to get the Discount Coupon Code. Enter the discount coupon code in the Registration Fee Payment page through their delegate login panel, enter the transaction number and upload the copy of payment transfer slip received from your bank.

Please register online and fill details of participants and pay the appropriate amount of registration fee only through Bank Transfer (NEFT/ IMPS/ UPI/ SWIFT) or Cash deposit in bank. Cheque & Drafts are not accepted. It is mandatory to register online for all delegates. ISCB Bank account details are as follows:
